The RASIT Science in Braille Global Initiative Blog publishes timely commentary, personal narratives and expert analysis that advance accessible science, inclusive education and disability‑centred approaches to socio‑economic sustainable development. Content foregrounds practical experience and evidence, amplifying voices that shape policy, pedagogy and practice across global and local contexts.
We welcome submissions from professionals in academia, research, policy and practice experts from disability‑led organisations, NGOs and industry and youth and student advocates, including emerging researchers and practitioners. Contributions are invited regardless of the author’s disability status and should prioritise clarity, accessibility and constructive insight. Featured content includes personal accounts that illuminate lived experience in science, education and the workplace opinion pieces on policy, inclusion strategies and emerging issues practical guides and reflections on accessible pedagogy, assistive technologies and inclusive research methods and concise commentaries on RASIT events, publications and global observances such as the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
